Cancellation Policy

• CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HRS OF SCHEDULED WAX SESSION - A 50% service fee charged to the card saved on file for the service(s) scheduled • NO SHOW TO A WAX SESSION - A 50% service fee charged to the card saved on file for the service(s) scheduled • LATE POLICY - If you are 5 or more minutes late to scheduled wax session you will be considered a NO SHOW and will be RESCHEDULED and CHARGED THE NO SHOW FEE. If I am fully booked, please know this policy is strictly enforced.
